Job summary

Johnson Controls offers an 18-month ACE Sales Development Program designed to turn recent graduates into skilled channel or product sales professionals. You will train, gain hands-on customer experience, and mentor across Security ACVS products, preparing for roles in access control and video surveillance.

The program begins in Milwaukee, then relocates to a permanent base. You will complete foundational sales training, support sales teams, generate reports, and travel to plants and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; computer engineering or business preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; comfortable with data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with CRM tools and PowerBI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Security ACVS outside sales personnel and customers using internal tools.
• Maintain monthly cadence with Area and Regional Sales Managers; participate in reviews.
• Assist CRM opportunity pipeline management and account hygiene.
• Create, analyze and customize sales reports and dashboards using PowerBI.
• Build internal relationships with license agreement specialists, tech support, marketing, and inside sales.
