Job summary

Johnson Controls Inc. is launching the Accelerated Commercial Excellence (ACE) Program, an 18‑month sales development track for recent graduates. Participants train, shadow, and mentor to prepare for channel or product sales roles within the Controls business unit.

During the first six months, the cohort works from Milwaukee, WI, then relocates to a permanent base (Seattle, WA). Expect hands-on training, CRM and PowerBI use, and travel up to 25% across accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum in a related field or business preferred.
• Recent graduate or undergraduate senior expecting to graduate between Apr 2027 – Jun 2027.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. for the duration of the program.

Responsibilities

• Complete ACE foundational sales training.
• Attend frequent training sessions to build product knowledge and sales process expertise.
• Provide technical and commercial support to channel accounts and customers.
• Lead inside/outside sales rotation and manage CRM pipeline.
