Job summary

The RPM Wood Finishes Group is seeking a Technical Sales & Service Representative to grow new business, maintain customer relationships, and provide technical support across an assigned territory. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions, support product trials, and drive sales growth.

You will travel within the territory to engage customers, conduct demonstrations, and ensure customer success with FinishWorks products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial coatings, manufacturing, chemical products, or related industry.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads within an assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Schedule and conduct customer visits, sales calls, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales growth objectives and profitability goals for assigned accounts and territories.
• Travel throughout the territory as required to support customers and business development efforts.
