We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales & Service Representative to drive business growth and provide outstanding customer support throughout our Mid-Atlantic territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Chemistry, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory growth plans.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical consultations.
• Partner with customers to understand coating challenges and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting updates.
• Support product trials, troubleshooting, and application evaluations.
• Represent FinishWorks professionally at customer locations and industry events.
