FinishWorks is seeking a Senior Technical Service Representative to support key customer accounts with technical expertise, relationship management, and proactive service delivery. This role links customers and the business to ensure product performance and resolve technical challenges across territories.

The candidate will manage service activities, provide product testing, training, and ongoing support while collaborating with internal teams to drive growth and maintain strong partnerships

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial finishing, coatings or laboratory formulation experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and work independently in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day technical service requirements for assigned accounts and territories.
• Ensure optimum coating quality and product performance.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct on-site product testing, process audits and refinements.
• Provide customer training and technical guidance.
• Document service activities and maintain communication with internal teams.
• Train and mentor developing Technical Service and Sales Representatives.
• Support business growth initiatives through exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
