OTC Industrial Technologies in the Elkhart area is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to own a defined territory, build growth plans, and act as a trusted technical advisor for air compressor solutions. You will spend most of your time on sales calls with existing customers and new accounts, delivering customer-centric system solutions with hands-on training and support.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and margin targets for all air compressor offerings.
• Spend 80–90% of time making sales calls in territory.
• Coordinate with regional resources to design customer-centric solutions across product categories.
• Maintain disciplined daily/weekly activity goals per company standards.
• Master the COMMIT process and defined sales approach.
• Budget and maintain market share targets with regional objectives.
• Target new accounts and grow loyalty in existing accounts.
• Maintain updated database and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
• Identify potential problem areas and take corrective action.
