Motorola Solutions seeks a Technical Sales Manager to own presales engagements for complex enterprise and public-safety projects. You will bridge customer needs with technical architectures, working with sales, engineering, service, and product teams.

You will translate requirements into high‑value business strategies, lead multi‑disciplinary teams, and drive proposals to win against RFPs. A people‑first culture supports ongoing innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years experience in sales, engineering, presales, project/program management, or systems.
• Or 5+ years of experience in sales, engineering, presales, project/program management, or systems.
• Ability to analyze voice and data communication structures across public safety and enterprise applications.
• Utilize IP Networking & Security to evaluate network infrastructure, protocols, and security frameworks.
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication across internal and external engagements.

Responsibilities

• Formulate presale business strategies, implementation plans, and service offerings to drive sales, revenue, and margin goals.
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams across engineering, sales, service, and proposal specialists to drive projects to completion.
• Coordinate across internal units to ensure win strategies are integrated into proposals.
• Conduct detailed customer requirements discovery to translate needs into robust end-to-end architectures.
• Architect and implement connections between mobile video applications and broader software ecosystems.
• Walk customers through demonstrations of key product features and partner with sales teams on technology strategies.
• Direct solution testing, configuration, and demonstrations to showcase integrated hardware and software.
