Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to own presales for complex engagements, bridging customer requirements, architecture, and execution. You will lead multi-functional teams to deliver proposals, demonstrations, and robust technical solutions.

The role focuses on public safety and enterprise networks, with significant travel (Midwest/West). A strong background in IP networking, cloud solutions, and RF engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years in sales, engineering, presales, project/program management, or systems experience.
• Experience with Cloud solutions (FedRAMP) and IP networking.
• Ability to present complex concepts to high-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Formulate presale strategies and service offerings that meet customer requirements to drive sales and margin.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across engineering, sales, service, and proposals to drive projects to completion.
• Translate customer requirements into robust end-to-end technical system architectures.
• Demonstrate key product features to customers and stakeholders.
• Develop technology strategies across critical communications and command center software.
