Job summary

Trane Technologies invites you to join a 12-week Summer internship program in Technical Sales, working with Sales Account Managers across North America, gaining exposure to the design, application and sale of HVAC systems.

This role will develop your technical, business, leadership and communication skills and offer a path into our Graduate Training Program after graduation; travel is limited to 15% with on-site or hybrid assignments.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering.
• Sophomore year completed before the start of the internship.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand the design, application and sale of HVAC systems and services.
• Attend sales meetings, business functions, calls and customer meetings.
• Assist sales engineers through internship steps and learn the process end-to-end.
• Develop relationships with customers as a daily point-of-contact.
