Job summary

Trane Technologies is offering a 12-week Summer internship in Technical Sales to develop your technical, business, sales engineering, leadership, and communication skills. You will work alongside industry-leading Sales Account Managers and gain exposure to HVAC systems, controls, and services.

You’ll participate in hands-on projects, attend meetings with mentors, and have opportunities to join the Graduate Training Program after graduation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Engineering bachelor's or master's program for the full 12-week internship.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must have completed at least sophomore year prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Learn from Sales Account Managers and customers about systems, controls, and services.
• Attend sales meetings, site visits, and customer meetings with mentors.
• Gain exposure to the steps sales engineers take from start to finish in the internship.
• Develop communication and leadership skills through hands-on projects.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
