Trane Technologies invites you to join our 12-week Summer internship in Technical Sales. You will collaborate with top Sales Account Managers and customers, gaining exposure to design, application and sales of HVAC systems.

As an engineering student, you’ll build practical skills in a dynamic environment across North America. Some roles may be remote, with hybrid or onsite assignments at facilities, and a strong emphasis on professional growth and cross-functional learning.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering throughout the internship.
• U.S. citizenship or legal work status in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Demonstrated passion for learning and communicating engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers to understand needs.
• Learn design, application and sale of HVAC systems, controls, parts and services.
• Attend sales meetings, field calls and customer meetings with experienced account managers.
• Be hands-on in the steps sales engineers take from start to finish during the internship.
