Job summary

Trane Technologies invites applications for a Summer Technical Sales Intern position, offering exposure to commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC systems and building management controls.

You will work with Sales Account Managers across North America, learning design, application, and sale processes while developing leadership and communication skills in a structured internship program.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering throughout the internship.
• Must have completed at least their sophomore year before start of the internship.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand design, application and sale of systems, controls, parts and services for buildings.
• Attend sales meetings, functions, and customer meetings with mentors.
• Learn steps sales engineers take from start to finish on a project as hands-on in the internship.
