Job summary

Trane Technologies offers a 12-week Summer internship program in Technical Sales, designed to develop your technical, business, sales engineering, leadership, and communication skills. You will work with Sales Account Managers and customers to learn the design and sale of HVAC systems in North America.

Active enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree is required, with preference for Business, Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or Engineering.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree throughout the internship.
• Interest in Business, Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand the design, application and sale of systems for commercial buildings.
• Attend sales meetings and customer meetings with mentors.
• Be hands-on in the internship steps from start to finish.
• Develop ownership and solution-making skills with customers.
