Qualifications

Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree for the full duration of the internship.
Must have completed at least the sophomore year before start of the internship.
U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
Passion for continuous learning in technical fields and engineering solutions.
Some positions may be remote, hybrid, or onsite across North America.

Responsibilities

Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers.
Understand the design, application and sale of HVAC systems, controls, parts, and services for commercial and industrial buildings.
Attend sales meetings, business functions, sales/service calls, and customer meetings with mentors.
Understand the steps sales engineers take from start to finish and be hands-on in those steps during the internship.
Build relationships with customers as a daily point of contact creating ownership in solution-making process.
