Job summary

Trane Technologies invites students to a 12-week Summer internship in Technical Sales, on-site across North America. You will work with Sales Account Managers, learn system design and the sales process, and gain exposure to Building Automation, Equipment, and Service.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with potential to join the Graduate Training Program after graduation. Active enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree is required, with preference for Business, Management,

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree for the entire duration of the internship.
• Preferred fields: Business, Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Engineering.
• U.S. citizen or legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn design, application and sale of HVAC systems and building controls.
• Work with Sales Account Managers and customers; observe meetings and calls.
• Develop communication, leadership, and basic sales engineering skills during the internship.
