Job summary

Trane Technologies in Augusta, GA offers a hands-on Summer Internship in Technical Sales. You will work with Sales Account Managers and learn the design, application and sale of HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.

You will gain exposure to multiple facets of our business—Service, Equipment, Building Automation, and more—while developing leadership, communication, and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree for the entire internship duration.
• U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license for 12 months and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Learn directly from Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand design, application, and sale of HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.
• Attend sales meetings and customer visits to gain hands-on experience in the sales process.
• Develop an understanding of the steps sales engineers take from start to finish during the internship.
