Trane Technologies invites you to join its world‑leading team for a 12‑week Summer internship in Technical Sales across North America. You will work with Sales Account Managers, learn system design, application and sales processes for HVAC solutions, and be mentored through hands‑on experiences.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program for the full internship.
• U.S. citizenship or right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Interest in technical fields and engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Learn from Sales Account Managers and customers during the internship.
• Understand design, application and sale of HVAC systems and controls.
• Attend meetings, calls and customer visits with mentors and teams.
• Gain hands-on experience in the steps sales engineers take in a project.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in progress
