Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist.
- 2-4 years of experience in industrial environments.
- Affinity for customer-facing or sales environments.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize chemical treatment programs in cooling and process applications.
- Conduct testing, run analysis, and write technical reports for review.
- Participate in business reviews and proposal development.
- Support service plans and value generation initiatives.
- Gain hands-on experience in industrial environments while building customer relationships.
- Learn revenue management, margin analysis, and negotiation fundamentals.
- Follow EHS policies and ensure safety at all times.
