Job summary

CaptiveAire Systems, Inc. is seeking a driven engineer to join the sales team focused on growing business with existing customers and new prospects. The role blends applications engineering, sales support and field service, with extensive onboarding and mentoring to learn CaptiveAire products and go-to-market strategies.

The position offers overall exposure to HVAC kitchen ventilation systems, hands-on project coordination, and opportunities for professional growth within a known U.S. leader.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in technical sales or engineering roles.
• 4-year technical degree required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated application engineering and design support for ventilation applications.
• Work with Engineers, Contractors, End Users, and Food Service Dealers.
• Handle inside sales support, application engineering and outside sales.
• Include presentations, quotes, submittals, and on-site visits as needed.
• Promote CaptiveAire products through demonstrations and customer education.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new users.
• Deliver excellent customer service with fast turnaround times.
• Continuously improve processes and the customer experience.
