Johnson Controls Inc. invites you to join the Accelerated Commercial Excellence (ACE) Program, an 18‑month sales development track transforming recent graduates into skilled sales professionals.

You’ll gain hands‑on customer experience, mentorship, and hands‑on product training across seven business units starting in Jun 2027. You will support the HVAC Applied Largo unit, with six months in Milwaukee, WI (Glendale area) before relocating to a permanent base (Largo, FL) after the program’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum; Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, commercial, and product support to HVAC field sales personnel and customers.
• Support Regional Sales Managers and partners with product training, pricing, and purchase orders.
• Generate new business opportunities from inquiries, webinars, roadshows, and other leads.
• Coordinate with warranty, tech support, or financing specialists as needed.
• Attend account planning cadences and contribute to team goals with RSMs.
• Assist RSMs with opportunity pipeline management and CRM updates.
• Promote use of the online ordering tool (Solution Navigator) to customers.
• Lead internal product presentations and customer-facing training.
• Participate in frequent training to build HVAC and Controls product knowledge.
• Travel to customer locations and events approximately quarterly.
