Apple is seeking a Technical Expert for our Retail team. You will repair iPhone and other Apple devices, educate customers about repair options, and help deliver the unique Apple experience on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
• Possess the visual inspection and fine motor skills to safely perform hardware repairs.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Repair iPhone and Apple devices and educate customers on repair options.
• Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs and presenting product/service recommendations.
