Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience
• Visual inspection and fine motor skills for hardware repairs
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a customer service environment

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software
• Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs and educating on relevant products and services
• Work with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and provide feedback to Apple
• Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor
