Job summary

Apple Retail seeks a Technical Expert in-store to provide expert repairs and outstanding customer service. You will diagnose and fix iPhone and other Apple devices, explain repair options, and educate customers on Apple products and services.

As a skilled technician, you will share knowledge with teammates, tackle hardware and software issues, and support customer-facing activities while upholding Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales.
• Ability to perform hardware repairs safely.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a customer service environment.
• Willingness to work a schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software.
• Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs and educating on products and services.
• Work with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and share knowledge with the team.
• Perform other tasks including supporting customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and upholding Apple values.
