Apple Retail is seeking a Technical Expert to provide expert repairs and educational guidance on Apple products. The role involves diagnosing issues, explaining repair options, and helping customers understand services in a fast-paced environment.

You will deepen product knowledge, work with team leaders to address recurring problems, and contribute to an inclusive, knowledgeable team culture while supporting customer-facing tasks on or off the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales or related work experience.
• Ability to safely perform hardware repairs with fine motor skills.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Deepen extensive knowledge and stay up to date on Apple products, services and repair processes.
• Support customers with Apple product or software issues with care and empathy.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software.
