Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a Technical Expert in our store to bring the best of Apple to customers. You will perform repairs on iPhone and Apple products, educate customers about repair options, and share knowledge with the team to improve service quality.

You will deepen product knowledge, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor. Apple values inclusion and learning, and you’ll contribute to an inclusive environment daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales or related work.
• Ability to safely perform hardware repairs with precision.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Educate customers on repair options and Apple products and services.
• Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor and share knowledge with the team.
• Identify recurring repair problems with team leaders and provide feedback to Apple.
