Job summary

Apple Retail seeks a Technical Expert to perform hardware repairs on iPhone and other Apple products, educate customers about repair options, and inspire excitement for Apple’s services. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns while upholding Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.

As part of a fast-paced team, you’ll share knowledge, support multiple customers, and contribute to an outstanding in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales.
• Ability to safely perform hardware repairs with visual inspection and fine motor skills.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Educate customers on repair options, Apple products, and services.
• Work with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and share feedback with Apple.
• Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs and offering product recommendations.
• Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor and foster an inclusive team environment.
