Job summary

SpaceX in California is seeking a Technical Recruiter to run a full desk, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top candidates to fill mission critical positions. You will partner with hiring managers and represent SpaceX with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Day-to-day work varies as priorities shift; you will screen, source, interview, tour candidates, and manage offers, background checks, and onboarding while building strong relationships across engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years; or 3+ years of recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of technical recruiting
• 2+ years of in-house recruiting
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical and aerospace engineers
• Strong tenure with proven success in recruiting roles
• Full life cycle recruiting and data-informed decision making

Responsibilities

• Partner with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, and hiring strategy; act as a trusted partner.
• Screen and source candidates; coordinate interviews and candidate experience.
• Attend interviews with hiring teams and provide objective feedback.
• Manage offers, background checks, and onboarding processes.
