Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
• Experience with in-house recruiting and high-volume manufacturing recruiting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback; act as a partner to clients.
• Screen candidates who apply to requisitions and source top candidates.
• Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend interviews.
• Give tours to candidates before their onsite and attend interviews with client groups.
• Manage offer process including background checks and extending offers.
