Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage a full desk across mission-critical roles. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent while partnering with client groups and hiring managers.

This role requires on-site presence and the ability to adapt to shifting hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include 2+ years in technical recruiting, in-house recruiting experience, and the ability to distinguish top candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of recruiting experience; or an associate degree and 2+ years; or 3+ years as a recruiter in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience with high-volume recruiting
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical and aerospace engineers
• Experience with in-house recruiting
• Comfort interfacing with hiring managers including director and VP level technical leaders

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy and interview feedback
• Screen candidates who apply to requisitions
• Source candidates, including those not actively looking
• Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews
• Give tours to candidates before onsite and attend interviews with client groups
• Assist with offer process, background checks, and extending offers
