Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead a full desk, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding top talent for mission‑critical positions. You’ll partner with client groups, act as SpaceX’s ambassador, work in teams, and demonstrate autonomy, initiative and execution as priorities shift.

Daily activities include meeting with client groups to discuss headcount and hiring strategy, screening and sourcing candidates, giving tours onsite, attending interviews, and guiding offers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years recruiting experience; or associate degree with 2+ years experience; or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree
• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy and interview feedback
• Screen candidates who apply to requisitions
• Source candidates, including passive candidates
• Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews
• Give tours to candidates before onsite interviews
• Attend interviews alongside client groups to evaluate candidates
• Manage the offer process including background checks and extending offer letters
