SpaceX in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage a full desk across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates for mission critical roles. You will partner with client groups, source passive candidates, and guide candidates through interviews and offers.
The role requires 1+ years of recruiting (or equivalent) with a focus on technical and SGA hiring, high-volume processes, and a strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers and engineers.

As a SpaceX recruiter, you will run a full desk with a variety of duties and responsibilities focused on the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent candidates to fill mission critical positions. You are the candidate’s first encounter with SpaceX and it is your job to represent the company with professionalism, pride, and enthusiasm. You will work in teams and collaborate while maintaining a high degree of autonomy, taking initiative and driving tasks to completion.
Your day-to-day routine will change often as hiring priorities shift, but there is a basic set of activities you can expect to run with daily, including, but not limited to:
Some days you will have multiple candidates coming onsite for interviews; other days you will spend the majority of the day screening and sourcing candidates. The pace moves fast, but ultimately your job is to attract, organize, and manage the flow of the country’s most talented individuals.
Pay range:
Technical Recruiter/Level I: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
Technical Recruiter/Level II: $95,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
This position is also eligible for a recruiting bonus plan.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package.
