Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional experience as a recruiter; or associate degree and 6+ years; or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with technical recruiting in aerospace, electrical, mechanical or manufacturing domains is preferred.
• Ability to perform high-volume recruiting and full life cycle processes.
