Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to lead full-desk recruitment for mission-critical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

You’ll partner with hiring managers at all levels, manage a fast-paced pipeline, and present top candidates to executives while representing SpaceX with professionalism. The role requires strong experience in technical recruiting, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to multi-task in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience; or an associate degree with 6+ years; or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a relevant industry.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and full lifecycle processes (screening, interviewing, offers).

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy and interview feedback.
• Screen candidates who apply to requisitions and source top talent.
• Source candidates, sometimes where they are not actively looking.
• Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top interviewees.
• Give tours to candidates before onsite interviews to showcase SpaceX.
• Attend interviews with client groups to evaluate candidates with a team.
• Lead onboarding steps for new hires, coordinating background checks and offers.
