Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own a full desk across a variety of roles, focusing on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for mission-critical positions. You will partner with client groups, manage the candidate experience, and drive the interview process from screening through offers.

The role involves touring candidates, coordinating interviews, and guiding background checks and offer negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• 3+ years of SGA recruiting experience.
• Experience with in-house recruiting and high-volume recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Run a full desk focusing on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates for mission-critical roles.
• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount and requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Screen and source candidates, discuss screened candidates with client groups, and recommend top candidates for interviews.
• Lead tours for candidates and participate in onsite interviews to assess fit and readiness.
• Manage the offer process, including background checks, offer packages, and extending offers.
