Onsite full-time position requiring strong stakeholder management, a record of high-volume recruiting, and the ability to identify top talent for critical programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 1+ years recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years; or 3+ years experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
• Strong technical recruiting background for engineering roles is required.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting processes and metrics.
• Ability to manage full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to closing.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers at director/VP level.

Responsibilities

• Run a full desk for a variety of duties focused on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates for mission-critical positions.
• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, and hiring strategy; act as a partner to clients.
• Screen candidates and source candidates to fill requisitions.
• Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews.
• Give tours to candidates before onsite visits and attend interviews with client teams.
• Coordinate offer process, background checks, and extend offer letters.
