Job summary

Point11 is building the infrastructure for the agent era. We are hiring our first recruiter to own end-to-end searches, screen hundreds of applicants weekly, and close offers across engineering and GTM roles from the US and abroad. The role is remote in the United States with regular time in Miami.

You will partner with hiring managers, design interview loops, and ensure a fast, fair candidate experience while upholding international compliance as we hire in multiple countries.

• You've recruited engineers at a high-growth startup or top tech company.
• You can tell a strong engineer from a strong résumé.
• You're organized enough to run many searches at once.
• You treat every candidate the way you'd want to be treated.
• You live in the United States. This role is remote, with regular time in Miami.

Build the team that builds Point11. You own hiring across engineering, AI, and go-to-market, in the US and abroad: sourcing, screening, closing, and a candidate experience people talk about. Every interaction has to feel intelligent, and it has to happen in .11 seconds. Small team, high bar. Founded by ex-Googlers. We hire accordingly.

What Your First Year Looks Like

• Hire Point11's next twenty people across seven countries without lowering the bar.
• Build the interview loops that tell us who will thrive here, fairly and fast.
• Set up hiring through our employer of record in each new country.
