Job summary

Point11 in Miami is building infrastructure for the agent era. You will work on backend systems that power campaigns, revenue tracking, and cross-account benchmarks, using TypeScript/Node and Python.

This in-person role is based in Miami. You will own observability, diagnose performance issues, and design scalable multi-tenant data layers while shipping reliable infrastructure for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Redesign campaign orchestration for higher throughput.
• Build revenue-tracking pipeline tying actions to revenue daily.

The Team

Build everything Point11 runs on. When a customer's digital twins are built, a campaign runs, Alpha ranks the next actions, or Chat answers a visitor, that's your code in production. Every interaction has to feel intelligent, and it has to happen in .11 seconds. Small team, high bar. Founded by ex-Googlers. We hire accordingly.

What Your First Year Looks Like

• Redesign how campaign runs are orchestrated so they move far more throughput on the same compute.
• Build the pipeline behind revenue tracking, so every action Point11 recommends is tied back to revenue every day.
• Architect the multi-tenant data layer that isolates enterprise data while powering cross-account benchmarks.

What the Day-to-Day Feels Like

• Design the systems behind every product: service boundaries, APIs, data pipelines, job orchestration
• Hunt down the queries slowing a campaign run and pair with product engineers on your abstractions
• Balance shipping fast with building things that last
• Own observability, alerting, and incident response. When the platform is slow, you know why and you fix it
• Build the abstractions that save the whole team a month of work
• Stack: TypeScript, Next.js (App Router), Postgres (Neon), Drizzle ORM, Vercel Workflow, Queues, Fluid Compute, LLM APIs

About You

• You've built backend systems and infrastructure that run in production at real scale
• You're strong in TypeScript/Node or Python, with production APIs and data pipelines in both
• You diagnose database, query, and caching problems others can't see
• You're the engineer who spots the system-level problem before it becomes a fire
• You're in Miami or willing to relocate. This role is in person.

Even Better If You Have

• Multi-tenant SaaS platforms at scale
• AI/ML inference pipelines or LLM orchestration
• Durable orchestration: Vercel Workflow, Queues, Temporal, or similar
• Cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Vercel, plus containerized deployments
