Job summary

Point11 is hiring its first product designer to shape how enterprise teams see and act on customer feedback within AI-driven agent experiences. You will own the design from concept to shipped pixels, ensuring every interaction feels intelligent and fast.

You’ll redesign campaigns, align with agents and humans, and extend the design system across multi-language product surfaces. This remote US role includes regular time in Miami and a direct line to the founding team.

• Fluent in Figma and comfortable reading code.

The same shift is happening with agents: how people find businesses, ask questions, and buy is moving from static pages into conversations. 800 million people already discover brands through agent search, and who gets chosen is being decided right now.

Design how enterprise teams see and act on what their customers think: the campaigns they run on their digital twins, the results that come back, and the agents that work on their behalf. You own the experience from first sketch to shipped pixels. Every interaction has to feel intelligent, and it has to happen in .11 seconds. Small team, high bar. Founded by ex-Googlers. We hire accordingly.

What Your First Year Looks Like

• Redesign how a campaign's results read, so an executive gets the answer in one screen.
• Design how people work alongside Point11's agents: what an agent proposes, what a person approves, and what happened.
• Extend Point11's design system across the product, the website, and 13 languages.

What the Day-to-Day Feels Like

About You

• You've designed B2B or data-heavy products that shipped
• You have a portfolio that shows taste, rigor, and shipped work
• You're fluent in Figma and comfortable reading code
• You can defend every decision and drop any of them for a better one
• You live in the United States. This role is remote, with regular time in Miami.
