Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to own a full desk, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for mission-critical roles in Redmond, WA.

You will partner with client groups, source passive candidates, give expert interviews, and drive offers from start to finish. The role requires 3+ years in technical/SGA recruiting, in-house experience, and a proven ability to manage the full lifecycle with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 6+ years; or 7+ years of recruiter experience in lieu of a degree
• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
• 3+ years of SGA recruiting experience
• Experience with in-house recruiting
• Experience with high volume recruiting
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical and aerospace engineers
• Experience recruiting skilled labor
• Strong tenure with demonstrated success in recruiting roles
• Full life cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to closing
• Ability to review, evaluate and report on recruiting data
• Ability to distinguish top 50% vs top 5% in their fields
• Ability to create targeted sourcing campaigns and non-standard methods
• Comfort interfacing with hiring managers including director and VP level

Responsibilities

• Run a full desk with sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
• Partner with client groups on headcount, requisitions and strategy
• Screen and source candidates, including passive candidates
• Discuss screened candidates with clients and recommend top interviews
• Give tours to candidates before onsite interviews
• Attend interviews with client groups to evaluate candidates
• Lead offer process including background checks and negotiation
• Manage candidate pipeline; adapt to shifting hiring priorities
