Job summary

Laboratory Testing LLC in Hatfield, PA is seeking a Recruiter to own the full lifecycle of talent acquisition across multiple departments. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers while coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

You will manage ATS-driven pipelines, partner on college recruiting initiatives, and drive process improvements to attract skilled labor and technical talent in a manufacturing/industrial context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Has recruited skilled labor successfully
• Three plus years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, at least two of them hiring skilled trades or technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of staffing services, technical recruiting, and contract recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment data.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies including internet recruiting and staffing services to attract diverse talent pools.
• Coordinate and participate in recruiting events and college recruiting programs to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on candidate selection and market trends.
• Manage contract recruitment and temporary staffing assignments to meet short-term and project-based workforce demands.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
