Job summary

Laboratory Testing (LTI) seeks a hands-on Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring from sourcing to offer, reporting to the HR Business Partner. You’ll manage multiple searches, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to drive consistent processes.

You will use ADP Workforce Now and AI tools for sourcing, while ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong employer brand. On-site at Hatfield HQ, with travel for events and schools as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting skilled trades or technical roles.
• Ability to recruit across multiple functions, including corporate roles.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Translate business needs into accurate hiring criteria and job descriptions.
• Manage five to fifteen openings with pipeline health monitoring.
• Partner with managers to enforce the defined recruiting process.
• Develop talent pipelines with schools, programs, and associations.
• Leverage ADP WF to streamline requisitions, approvals, and feedback.
