Job summary

Engineered Corrosion Solutions LLC is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, craft sourcing strategies, attract qualified candidates, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from requisition to onboarding.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, relationship-driven, and able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field preferred; relevant recruiting experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 1+ year of recruiting or related experience in HR or staffing.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to source, screen, and assess candidates for varied roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Confidentiality and sound judgment are essential.
• Self-motivation with good time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Coordinate and support the interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Present offers and assist with offer negotiations as needed.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize recruiting tools and outreach to engage active and passive candidates.
• Represent the company at career fairs and hiring events.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS and ensure compliance with policies.
