Michael Page is seeking a Recruiter to join our Pottsville, PA office, focusing on the Human Resources function within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing roles, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support talent-acquisition initiatives on site.

Ideal candidates have at least an associate degree, 2 years of recruiting or HR experience, familiarity with ATS/Workday, and strong organizational and communication

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, staffing, Human Resources, or related experience required.
• Experience conducting candidate phone screenings and managing multiple requisitions preferred.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms; Workday experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Regular attendance on company premises is required

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, primarily hourly manufacturing roles.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to identify qualified talent.
• Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Support recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in Workday and related systems.
• Communicate with candidates regarding status updates, interviews, and hiring requirements.
• Coordinate pre-employment processes, including background checks and employment documentation.
• Prepare offers, facilitate onboarding, and conduct new hire orientation activities.
• Generate recruiting reports and maintain positive relationships with candidates, managers, and HR partners
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements while performing other assigned duties.
