• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and conduct interviews.
• Verify credentials, references, and background information.
• Guide candidates through the interview and hiring process.
• Organize job fairs, campus recruiting, and networking events.
• Maintain applicant tracking and proper documentation.
• Establish relationships with staffing agencies and local schools.
• Assist with employee onboarding and related duties.
