Job summary

SpaceX in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Technical Recruiter for SG&A to own sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding for corporate functions, including IT, InfoSec, EH&S, and Construction. You will partner with client groups, manage high-volume recruiting, and drive candidate experience.

You will lead tours, participate in interviews, coordinate offers and background checks, and ensure timely placements in a fast-paced environment with strong collaboration and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years; or 3+ years of recruiter experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience recruiting for IT, InfoSec, materials engineering, software engineering, EHS, construction or physical security.
• Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Screen candidates who apply to requisitions and source candidates, including passive candidates.
• Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews.
• Give tours to candidates prior to onsite interviews.
• Attend interviews with client groups to evaluate candidates.
• Manage offer process, background checks, and extending offers.
