Job summary

SpaceX in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Technical Recruiter for Environmental Health & Safety to own full lifecycle recruiting for mission-critical roles across IT, engineering, and operations. You will partner with client groups, source passive talent, screen candidates, and guide them through interviews and offers onsite.

The role requires a bachelor\'s or equivalent experience, strong recruiting instincts for high-volume hiring, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to SpaceX leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year recruiting experience, or associate degree and 2+ years.
• 3+ years professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience recruiting for IT, InfoSec, materials engineering, software engineering, environmental health & safety, construction or physical security.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy.
• Screen candidates who apply to requisitions.
• Source candidates, including passive candidates.
• Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend for interviews.
• Give tours to candidates before onsite.
• Attend interviews with client groups as an observer.
• Manage offer process including background checks and extending offers.
