You will partner with client groups, present candidates, and guide offers through background checks and negotiations. This role requires a Bachelor’s with 5+ years recruiting or equivalent, on-site work, high-volume recruiting, and experience with electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of recruiter experience or equivalent experience.
• Alternative: associate degree with 6+ years or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Run full desk with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates for mission-critical roles.
• Partner with client groups to discuss headcount and hiring strategy.
• Screen and source candidates; manage interview process and offer negotiations.
• Provide candidate tours and coordinate candidate experience; ensure smooth onboarding.
