SpaceX is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own IT and corporate recruitment, partnering with SpaceX clients to fill mission-critical roles in IT, InfoSec, and related functions. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent with a fast-paced, autonomous approach.

You will partner with SpaceX client groups, coordinate candidate experiences, and manage the end-to-end process from sourcing to offers, while ensuring a strong SpaceX representation and collaboration

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year recruiting, or an associate with 2+ years, or 3+ years recruiter experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy and interview feedback.
• Screen candidates who apply to requisitions and source top talent.
• Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend interviewees.
• Give tours to candidates before onsite interviews.
• Attend interviews with client groups to evaluate candidates.
• Manage offers, background checks and extending offer letters.
