Job summary

SpaceX in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Technical Recruiter to run a full desk across IT, InfoSec, and security-related roles. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent with SpaceX branding.

Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and guiding candidates through background checks. This role is on-site with ITAR requirements and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of experience recruiting for IT, InfoSec, materials engineering, software engineering, environmental health safety, construction or physical security.
• Experience with in-house recruiting and high-volume recruiting.
• Experience recruiting skilled labor and strong tenure in recruiting roles.
• Full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing; ability to review data and present to hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, and hiring strategy.
• Screen candidates and source to fill requisitions.
• Discuss candidates with client groups and recommend top interviews.
• Give tours to candidates and attend onsite interviews.
• Lead offer process including background checks and extending offers.
