Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Technical Recruiter for SG&A to own full-desk recruiting across IT, InfoSec, safety, construction, and more. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for mission-critical corporate roles, partnering with hiring managers and VP-level leaders.

This onsite, Cape Canaveral-based role requires autonomy, strong networking, data-driven decision making, and the ability to move fast in a dynamic environment. ITAR compliance and equal opportunity employer: SpaceX.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for IT, InfoSec, materials engineering, software engineering, EH&S, construction, or physical security.
• Experience with in-house recruiting and high-volume recruiting.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions and hiring strategy.
• Screen candidates and source top talent for interviews.
• Discuss candidates with client groups and recommend interviewees.
• Coordinate candidate tours and onsite visits.
• Attend interviews with hiring managers as an additional evaluator.
• Manage offer process, background checks and offer letters.
